But, remember what they really are.
The Highlights.
The pain. The process. The failures. The getting up early. The staying late. The sweat. The tears. The dread. The sacrifice. The hard work.
The Lowlights.
It's boring. Why would anyone want to see hours and hours of just repetitive practice and failure?
We don’t see it. It’s the invisible work. The things you do when no one is watching.
Don’t compare. Celebrate others. Recognize the hard work they put in. The time. The effort. The hours of practice when no one was watching. Compliment them on that. Encourage them. Encourage yourself. You are your best friend and your own worst enemy. Be the best friend. Be the words of encouragement. Celebrate your invisible wins and other's highlights.
