What am I doing that is preventing my team from achieving their goals? More importantly, what am I not doing that they need me to do?

Is it support?
Is it empathy?
Is it resources?
Is it training?
Is it autonomy?
What can I do to better support my team?
I am not in charge of the work. I am in charge of the people that do the work. I am in service to them. I help them achieve their goals and we all rise together.
