I struggle with stringing days together.
If you want to achieve any long-term goals, you need to be consistent. To be consistent, you have to create the same mindset over and over again to ensure you stay on the path and not wander.
I’m great at wandering. I’ve wandered for years. Each day feeling like it’s own beginning, middle, and end to only wake up and do it all again.
Start your day with gratitude. Anchor your mindset in gratitude as it forces you to reflect on your path and how far you’ve come. As you reflect, the path becomes clearer and you realign yourself back on the path.
Again, the destination isn’t the goal. Staying on the path is the goal. Your achievements are only rest stops along the way that provide feedback that you are on the right path.
