Reflection and Feedback


Reflection is just another form of feedback. It provides a personalized view of the actions that occurred. It may not be the best form of feedback because you are still looking from your perspective, but you can utilize this to your advantage by removing yourself from a direct point-of-view and look down upon the situation with a curious mindset.


What went well?

What was the context?

What didn’t go well?

How can this situation be improved upon next time?


Feedback is the quickest way to improvement and course adjust. When you don’t have others to help you provide feedback, utilized reflection to look down upon yourself and give yourself objective feedback.
