Criticism. I hate it. Run from it. Cover my ears from it. Avoid it at all costs.

I don’t like being told I am wrong.

Advice. I love it. Seek it out. Open my ears to it. Look for it at all costs.

I like being told the correct answer.

Good criticism is just free advice.

Make sure to distinguish between good and bad criticism.
