Why do we connect with some people or businesses instantaneously?

Authenticity.

They begin with Why. Their message is clear.
They eliminate any form of communication that doesn't align with their Why.
Everything they say and do aligns with their Why. They are consistent. They do not deviate. Ever.

People are drawn to authenticity. You don't have to be right, you just have to believe in what you do and your actions need to support your beliefs.
